Some numbers on the Hawks 6th Stanley Cup franchise win and their 3rd in the last 6 years.
I went on the record yesterday that Kane would score the first goal. I
was wrong but he was credited with the assist to "The Hawks Run On
Duncan" Keith's goal.
It had been 77 years since the Hawks won the Stanley Cup at home in 1938
so the number 77 seemed to be something to pay special attention to.
The Hawks slogan this year was "ONE GOAL" which made Kaner's ONE (the final/last) GOAL all the more
special.
