If the Bulls make hometown hero Derrick Rose the No. 1 pick in the NBA draft — as expected — that’s just fine with Rose.

The Chicago native, who led Simeon High School to back-to-back state championships in 2006 and 2007, said Tuesday he is excited about the prospect of playing for the Bulls and acknowledged there would be some great benefits to playing in his hometown.

Editor's Note:
The Chicago Bulls had only 1.7 percent chance to earn the right to make the Number 1 pick the NBA 2008 Draft. Defying all the odds, they came out smelling like a rose as follows:

Rose (9615) = 641 prime X 15

Five (5) cycles of 641 "Rose (9615) Prime" days prior to yesterday, 20080520, brings us to 19990811 which was the Divine Birth Total Solar Eclipse of the Sun on our Lord God Jesus Christ's 2005th birthday (6 BC).

2005 = 401 prime X 5

401 is the prime of Rosary (961197) = 401 prime X 2397

6:41 am is the 401st "Prime of Rosary" minute of each new day.

How does the 641 "Rose Prime" correspond to Leo (356)?

If you add/subtract 641 days to/from any day on the calendar you will go backward/forward 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" days.
