WASHINGTON (AP) — Savoring his first big victory in Congress, President Barack Obama on Saturday celebrated the newly passed $787 billion economic stimulus bill as a 'major milestone on our road to recovery.'" Read more.

787 is a prime number that's composed of 23 "I Am" + God (764).

The bill passed on February 13, 2009 which was/is exactly 23 "I Am" days into the current 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" cycle which connects back to the birth of our Lord God Jesus Christ as follows:
