I live in Evanston, Illinois home of "Willie The Wildcat", the mascot for Northwestern University's Wildcats. Springfield, our state capitol, lies on the 89th longitude west which is 89 miles from the famous arch in St. Louis. The 89th longitude bisects right through the heart of Illinois. Eighty Nine (89) is also the prime of Leo (356) = 89 prime X 4 is which is the sign of fire - ie. the ruling planet of this sign is the sun and it also corresponds to the Human heart.
Ronald Regan passed/ascended at the end of the 2062nd cycle of Leo (356) days that connects all the way back to our Lord's birth, August 11 (6 BC). He actually passed 89 "Prime of Leo (356)" days into the Jesus (15131) prime cycle that connects to the Divine Birthdate, August 11th, in 2045.
Even the weather is tuned into what I refer to as "From The Heart of Leo" channel. It's taken thousands of years for the mighty Mississippi River to finally "kiss" the 89th longitude west and Katrina not only landed at the 89th longitude west - where New Orleans is located - but became a tropical storm on August 24, 2005 which is on the same 89 prime day cycle as Regan's passing, Christ's birth etc.

And if you go to the other side of the world you will find that the most spiritual river on the planet, the River Ganges, exits right into the mouth of the tiger - the Bay of Bengal - at the 89th longitude east.

BLOCK #89: EVANSTON ILLINOIS VS. MADISON WISCONSIN
There's a square block here in the town of Evanston - one block from the Gross Point Lighthouse and one block from Lake Michigan - that was numbered "Block 89" on the original platt and survey for this town. Bounded by Lincoln Street (on the south), Sheridan Road (east), Orrington Avenue (west) and Milburn Street (north), nothing has ever been built on this block which continues to be owned by Northwestern University since the original purchase of the land in 1853. The original 379 acres that later became Evanston was purchased by the founders of Northwestern University on a warranty deed which was dated & sealed on August 11, 1853, the Divine Birthdate of our Lord God Jesus Christ. 379 is a prime number that's 23 "I Am" from Leo (356) - 23 correspondds to I (9) Am (14) = 23 prime which is the Lord's original name and title given to Moses on Mt. Sinai "I Am....the Lord thy God... " Exodus 20:2.

In the heart of Madison Wisconsin there is a block that's referred to as "Block 89" - it's located right in the heart of Capitol Square and there's been a recent development on this block which is located at 33 East Main Street. As this website explains, "33 East Main at Block 89...is the only 100% location on the Capitol Square and represents the last large office development site with a Capitol Square address."
The longitude of State Capitol of Wisconsin is, amazing, at the coordinates of 89 degrees and 23 minutes longitude west - that's 8923 which is the inverse of 2389 which happens to be the Leo (356th) prime from/including ONE (1).

Now let's measure the exact distance-mileage between Block 89 in Evanston versus Madison as follows:

145 miles separate the two blocks which corresponds EXACTLY with the number of days between the 8/9 (89) mo/day on the calendar in any year and the last day of the year - ie. August 9th is always 145 days from the last day of every year!
I/we live 2.5 miles east of Block 89 here in Evanston which means we are roughly 142 miles from Block 89 in Madison, WI - ie. 145 - 2.5 (rounded to 3) = 142 which is the exact number of days that separate August 11th, the Divine Birthday, and the last day of each year.
